And that is why we always begin with understanding improvement requirements, defining a baseline, creating an current state baseline so that we can help you determine what needs to be done to close the gap!

Both internal and external factors determine improvement requirements, and industry best-practice may inform improvement efforts. However, never let best-practice be the goal. That privilege belongs to your organisation's needs.

Once the improvement gap is known, we can help you draft an improvement roadmap. A high-level roadmap is enough to determine priorities and resource requirements, see who will do what and in what sequence.

Leave detailed planning to whoever takes ownership of work to be done -they are accountable, therefore they must be in control!

If you don't have sufficient resources to do all the work, we can help, but all work must be owned internally! Thats the only way to guarantee long-tern sustainability.

Our main task is to enable internal resources to take ownership and maintain the momentum when we finish the project. Skills transfer is our primary internal metric.
